Current champion & host Brazil, going to take Uruguay in the first semifinal of Confederation Cup at Belo Horizonte tonight.



          Current champion & host Brazil is going to take current Copa America champion Uruguay in the first semifinal of Confederation Cup at Belo Horizonte tonight.
              Since 1950 World Cup final defeat against the same Latin American side the Brazilians are desperately seeking of
 revenge in any kind of mega tournament yet so they have the opportunity in their hand to take the revenge & become through into the final.

               As the tournament is passing by this Brazil side is progressing towards their pick, they have a bunch of young talented players who is performing their best since they have their chances in the team.
              Brazil have won all their group league encounters comprehensively against all opponents as well as Neymar scored in all three encounters, selected man of the match also in all three games. Neymar will get the support of few other prolific scorers like Hulk, Oscar & Fred in this game.
                Of course, the new Barcelona striker will lead the Seleçao attack. Brazil manager Luiz Felipe Scolari should have Paulinho, who has recovered from his ankle injury, back for the match, although Hernanes performance against Italy will have given him reason to pause.

                In previous two outings in the same tournament in Germany 2005 & South Africa 2009, Brazil became the victorious, beating arch rival Argentina & United States respectively in the final. These Brazil side have not lost any match against Uruguay since 2001.
               This venue Belo Horizonte has seen some of the most violent clashes this month between police and protesters, a crowd of 1,00,000 people are likely to gather in front of the stadium to show their agitation against the government just before the match. All the security initiatives has been increased & tightened to prevent those protesters from there.

Their last loss against Uruguay happened in 2001, in the 2002 World Cup Qualifiers.
