The 20-year-old Brazilian sensation Neymar scored a hat-trick in a 3-1 win over Sao Paul

The 20-year-old  Brazilian sensation Neymar scored a hat-trick in a 3-1 win over Sao Paulo in the semifinal played on 30th April at  Morumbi to put his side Santos one game away from securing their third consecutive Campeonato Paulista title, a feat not achieved by any club since the time of Pele.

The visitors took an early lead when Alan Kardec was fouled inside the area by Paulo Miranda after just two minutes of play. Neymar stepped up and converted the penalty, scoring his 100th ton for the club. The 20-year-old struck again in the 32nd minute when he collected the ball in midfield, outran his marker and slipped the ball past goalkeeper Denis.
William Jose minimized the margin for the hosts in the 63rd minute of the match.Sao Paulo often found Neymar unplayable and their frustration boiled over when defender Ivan Piris was booked for blatantly hacking him down. Santos were limited to the counterattack but it paid dividends when Neymar completed his hat-trick with a bullet shot that the visitors defenceline were unable to keep out in the 77th minute of the match, putting the game beyond doubt.
Another Brazilian star & former Sevilla striker Luis Fabiano told in a pressmeet that the 20-year-old has already surpassed the Portuguese star Christano Ronaldo, but he must move to Europe in order to compete with Lionel Messi & to be recognized himself as one of the world's greatest talents right now.
